Inner Game of Leadership

This hour-long session introduces a basic framework for personal and professional performance. Through fun and engaging demonstrations, participants develop a deeper understanding of the choices they make while interpreting and responding to events.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Recognize our tendency to respond to events based on untested assumptions and interpretations
• Understand how the nature of our motivation directly impacts how much or how little effort is needed to generate desired outcomes
• Engage in immediately productive self-coaching techniques

This seminar can be used effectively as part of a series of development programs or as a stand alone for management development.
