In this time, we:
- Interpret and validate individual Myers-Briggs Type Indicator results and recognize different preferences among participants
- Analyze individual and team strengths and limitations through the “Type” lens to increase acceptance and appreciation of similar and different operating preferences
- Engage in dialogue about communication and conflict patterns and how preferences impact them
