Team Facilitation For Intact Teams

This interactive and engaging one day session introduces basic team concepts to newly formed teams. Participant teams experience several simulated activities to practice skills and move successfully through the initial “forming” stage of development.

By the end of the session, new teams will have:

• An increased understanding of how teams operate effectively and the individual contribution it takes to get there
• Reviewed and validated individual Myers-Briggs Type Indicator results and developed a Team Profile based on “Type”
• A Team Contract and Operating Norms

This seminar works well with newly formed or struggling teams. It can be used effectively as part of a series of development programs or as a stand alone for management development.
