Leadership at SCG

SHANNON SCHULTZ is consistently recognized as a guiding presence in transforming the way organizations operate to improve performance. Through a seasoned blend of systems change strategy, group process facilitation, and executive coaching, Shannon guides organizational change and increases people’s capacity to lead it.

Shannon founded Schultz Consulting Group in 2003 after 10 years of marketing roles in advertising, public relations, research and product development and four years of internal corporate consulting. At Delta Air Lines, Shannon led change management teams for enterprise-wide initiatives in airport operations, customer service, systems implementation, and branding.

Her practice has consulted and coached clients across industries and functions, including: information technology, market intelligence, aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, call centers, consulting services, financial services, health care, higher education, non-profit, media, manufacturing, safety, environmental, human resources management, and organizational effectiveness.

Shannon holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina. Her post-graduate education has included exploration and study in mind-body wellness, music therapy, and cognitive psychology. She is a frequent lecturer at local universities and an instructor for the University of Georgia's M.B.A. program.
