Schultz Consulting Group was founded in 2003 to support large organizational change initiatives in corporations, private institutions, non-profit groups and government agencies. As the complexities of organizational life has grown, SCG has continued to upgrade its offerings to better serve the leaders sponsoring change.

Our network of partners includes a spectrum of expertise in management consulting, process consulting, instructional design, leadership development technology, quality process improvement, systems development and project management. Our services continue to evolve to optimally support the needs of executive sponsors, their implementation teams and the consultants who support them.

In March 2011, we introduced a significant service expansion of experienced, senior-level coaches and consultants that we call: Affinity Leadership Group. ALG Coaches calibrate around the core philosophy that people carry significant and untapped capacity. We know that accessing more of this capacity is essential for change leadership, and now SCG is more equipped to support it.
